The item available here is a new old stock American Autogard torque limiter.  It comes as shown in new condition with no original packaging and light shelf wear.
These items comes with a 30 day return policy from the date the item was shipped, EXCEPT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, but if the item shows that it has been used or installed there will be no return.   Postage is not covered.
