SUPER RARE UNEEDA CARDBOARD DOLLHOUSE AND/OR DISPLAY FOR PEEWEE DOLLS

I am assuming this is extremely rare because I just can't find any record of them online.  Maybe since they were made of cardboard they just didn't survive.
This is a cardboard townhouse-style dollhouse (although certainly not practical or sturdy enough to withstand play - more like a display for PeeWees.  The box is also its base and all the pieces fit folded into it.  The pieces are vivid color with no creasing or frayed edges, I do not think it was ever assembled as the tabs do not look it.  I carefully assembled it just barely enough just to get a good picture and make sure all the pieces were there - so I did not fold the roofs or force any tabs.  The cardboard is stiff and there are no signs of wear.
Despite this being unplayed with and in excellent condition for the most part, there are damaged pieces.  There are a few large stains but most are on the backside of pieces where they would not show - except on the roof of the brick house and a little on the side corner.  There are brown splatters - I am not sure from what as they do not seem to smell at all (water stains?) on the front top corner of box.  Lastly, a cat clawed and damaged the back left corner of the case - which also happens to be the grassy base of the village.  It is not too noticeable behind the picket fence when assembled and displayed.  Perhaps someone can lovingly help alleviate it with some clear contact paper that will help lay the shredded shards flat.   The box front is also discolored and yellowed from aging.  Because this is all cardboard, it has absorbed scents and smells slightly musty and old and dirty.
This belonged to a collector who recently passed away
and unfortunately stopped properly caring for her beloved toys and dolls in recent years as dementia set in. Many of her belongings, including this one, have a light musty smell.
