This is the VHTF Vintage Uneeda Miss Suzette Doll made for W.T. Grant in the 1960s. This gorgeous girl is a Brunette and she comes with her original swimsuit a replacement display box. I personally think she is absolutely gorgeous. When I acquired her, her hair was dry and stringy so I decided to see if I could make her beautiful once again. I'd tried to restyle doll hair in the past with no success but this time I received a happy surprise. I guess it's true, the 3rd time really is the charm. :o) After conditioning with the proper supplies and curling I never imagined it would turn out to be so shiny and set so well. I thought about loosening the curls but then decided to leave them as is so her new mommy could decide. It's much easier to straighten than it would be to reset it, and I really love her gorgeous, newly restyled hair. :o) I can also assure you it hasn't been cut in the event that you'd like it straight. As to her bangs, I don't know if they're mixed in her hair as one seller suggested and when I redid it I didn't want to mess with it too much for fear of causing a bigger problem. With the condition she was in I wouldn't think it was re-rooted and I'm not about to pop her head to check. I don't think I'd know what I was looking at anyway. So I'll let you decide or assume when it comes to her bangs. I just want you to have full disclosure just as you should have. She's on her correct Y Joint body and hair appeared to be uncut with no missing plugs. She has no earring holes, no nose, finger, or toe nips, and no neck splits. Her limbs hold all positions as you can see in her pics. Her face paint is beautiful and although her head has the common discoloring caused by the different plastics used at the time, it's much better than most Suzette's I've seen. She has a few areas on her body that could use a little cleaning if you're so inclined. I got the worst spots so you may think she's just fine. Her original blue swimsuit is in excellent/near mint condition, there's a darker area on the white trim at the top of the bodice but otherwise, it's in awesome shape. There are no rips or tears, and all seams are tight. Please enlarge and scrutinize the many pics included to see everything close up.
